Instructions

Put 2 tbsp of black sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat, once they start to pop lower the heat.Stir and cook them until fagrant and crispy!Grind the sesame seeds into a rough powder using a mortar and pestle or a handblender.Blend with 1 banana, 1/2 cup of soy milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds, 1/2 cup of frozen blackberries and 3 chopped deglet noor dates.
