Dehydrated vegetable bouillon has many names depending on where you live. In Canada and the US it is known as 'bouillon cube', as 'stock cube' in Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK, and as 'dehydrated bouillon' in France. It's made from dehydrated vegetables, salt and seasonings. Bouillin is available in granulated, powdered or liquid forms.
